Your ED Partners Africa Helpdesk account provides you with:
- Secure access to the support portal

Account Creation Process
Accounts for the ED Partners Africa Helpdesk are created manually by administrators. You cannot register yourself.

Managing Your Account
Accessing Your Account
- Visit: https://helpdesk.edpartnersafrica.com
- Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
- Enter your username (email) and password
- Access your client dashboard

- View all tickets you've submitted
- Create new tickets quickly
- Reply to existing tickets
