Account Registration
This guide explains how to register for an account on the ED Partners Africa Helpdesk.
Account Creation Process
There is no self-registration on the ED Partners Africa Helpdesk. All client accounts are created manually by the ED Partners Africa Admin team.
You cannot create an account on your own from the website.
Step 1: Request Account Creation
To register, you must first request account setup:
- Send an email to: helpdesk@edpartnersafrica.com
- Include the following information:
- Full Name
- Company or Organization (if applicable)
- Email Address (to be used as your username)
- Phone Number (optional)
- Brief reason for requesting access (e.g., IT support, system issue)

Dear Support Team,
I would like to request a helpdesk account.
My details are:
Full Name: John Doe
Email: john.doe@company.com
Organization: ABC Ltd
Phone: +254 700 123 456
Reason: Need support with Qore Banking System access

Step 2: Wait for Account Setup
After submitting your request:
- Response Time: You will receive a confirmation email
- Account Details: The admin team will create your account and send you:
- Your username (usually your email address)
- A temporary password
- Instructions for first-time login
Step 3: First Login
Once you receive your account credentials:
- Visit: https://helpdesk.edpartnersafrica.com
- Click "Sign In" in the top right corner
- Enter the provided username and temporary password
- You may be prompted to change your password on first login
Pro Tip
Keep your login credentials secure and consider changing your password to something memorable but secure after your first login.
Troubleshooting Registration
If you don't receive a response within 2 business days:
- Check your spam/junk folder
- Resend your request with a clear subject line
- Ensure you included all required information
